Power systems, low-current, medium voltage, industrial automation, photovoltaics, EV charging, network. We operate in B2B, industry and public tenders, not isolated private residential.

Do you work on public tenders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's a significant part of our activity. We regularly work with municipalities, intermunicipal authorities, public welfare centres (CPAS), social housing companies and the Wallonia Housing Fund. Our Class 7 accreditations allow us to bid on all Belgian public tenders.

What is your geographic coverage?

Our core area is Wallonia: Hainaut, Walloon Brabant, Namur. Over 150 significant projects are active across 74 municipalities. Our offices are in Manage, placing our teams within an hour of most Walloon sites. That is the condition for our responsiveness and the on-site coordination quality our clients expect.

Do you work outside Wallonia?

Our main focus remains Wallonia, but we stay open to clients who ask us to intervene elsewhere. We also deliver projects in Brussels, Liège, Arlon, etc. Contact us, we look at each case based on the project and conditions.

What are your typical lead times?

Accepted Answer

Lead times vary by project type and team workload. For a quote: count 1 to 2 weeks depending on file complexity. For project start: usually a few weeks to a few months depending on volumes and applicable public procedures.

Which building trades do you cover in-house, which through partners?

Accepted Answer

In-house: structural works, finishings, joinery, heavy renovation, plus full electrical (five verticals). Through trusted local partners: HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, and the other building services. The 360° coordination stays driven by MIGNONE, with one single point of contact for the client.

Do you do heavy renovation?

Yes. Refurbishment of existing buildings, major transformations, extensions, compliance upgrades. For specific operations such as asbestos removal, we work with certified partners.

What types of buildings do you build?

Public buildings (schools, administrations, municipal buildings), social housing, offices, workshops and industrial buildings, commercial spaces and retail, healthcare facilities.

Do you build MV substations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MV/LV substations, transformer stations, grid connections, maintenance. It's one of our five electrical verticals, our heritage trade since 1987.

Do you work on industrial electrical installations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Automation and process control, industrial power, control panels, industrial electrical maintenance. We've supported Walloon industrial clients since the company started: our historical slogan was "at the service of building and industry".

Yes to both. Tertiary and industrial photovoltaic installations. Individual and collective EV charging stations. Energy storage on request.

Do you do security or fire detection?

We have significant experience on the electrical infrastructure of these systems: power supply, cabling, network integration. For the installation and certification of the security and fire detection systems themselves, which require a specific certification, we work in partnership with certified companies.

What do you cover in low-current?

Data cabling (VDI), telephony, intercom, structured copper and fibre network, tertiary and industrial pre-cabling. The supporting cabling for specialised systems is integrated into the overall site coordination.

Subcontractors and supplier partners can write to us at info@mignone-sa.be with "Suppliers" as subject. We work with established local companies, tested on projects similar to ours.

How do you guarantee execution quality?

Accepted Answer

Our project managers coordinate in-house teams and subcontractor partners with phase-structured acceptance procedures. The Class 7 accreditation we hold requires a verified financial, technical and human capacity dossier, regularly checked and renewed.

How do you manage on-site safety?

Accepted Answer

Site safety is the responsibility of the safety-health coordinator appointed by the project owner, in accordance with Belgian law (Royal Decree 25/01/2001). Our project managers work in coordination with this SHS coordinator and apply the procedures they set. Our teams are equipped and trained for the risks of their trades.
